How Do We Do It?
When customers report critical problems, it’s all hands-on deck at BHMI. BHMI does not operate separate siloed technical groups for support purposes. When a problem is reported by a client, it is directed to the individual who can best address it. If it’s a configuration problem, it goes to the individual who knows the most about the client’s specific configuration. If it’s a coding issue, it goes to the developer who wrote the code. If it’s a system problem, it’s handled by a technical specialist who was involved with the original client setup. You won’t have to be directed through multiple levels of support personnel until you reach someone to help you. BHMI will shorten that process because we know you can’t wait.
The industry changes. Your needs change. That is why BHMI is constantly reviewing and implementing new features into its Concourse products. These new features are available in additional releases of Concourse software – typically four times each year. Our Concourse roadmap is based on changing industry trends and mandates. We also listen to our clients and continue to evolve Concourse to accommodate client preferences – we try to match our priorities with your priorities.
We support all Concourse products with training courses to ensure you can operate your Concourse installation with confidence to get the value that Concourse provides. BHMI is flexible in how it provides training to clients – you can send teams to BHMI’s corporate development center, or BHMI will send qualified training personnel to your site – it’s your choice. If desired, BHMI will present training remotely. Regardless of the form, all courses include presentation materials and labs to ensure that you get hands on experience with the Concourse products. And, if you need training that is special for your particular situation, BHMI will provide customized courses as well.
